Any other Parks and Recreation fans here?

Lesley Knope did much to bolster me: she also being a naturally earnest, passionate, sentimental optimist. Her invention, "Galentines Day", became an instant classic, but this is the first year I'm gonna intentionally celebrate it.

To prep for it

• made a list of my gals
• decided on the form of communication (postcards/notecards)
• assembled the materials
• making another list of the specific message for each gal

Next week I'll send them out, hopefully surprising, and postally-hugging the supportive lady-friends in my life. If I can muster it, I'll share in-progress pictures in the next couple of weeks. Fingers crossed.
