Since having my kid my hobbies have all just gone out the window. I work and I mom. I recently (really recently) decided to try to get back into at least some kind of art. I found a site called Redbubble where you can upload your designs onto various objects and people can buy them, so you don't have to actually do anything for the production/sale/shipping side. They're also doing a donation campaign for Zoos Victoria in the wake of the Australian bushfires, so I thought that was a great starting point for inspiration. 

I made a thing! 

It's a turtle! And the world! And Australia is on FIRE! (That's a link. It doesn't look like one unless you mouse over it, but it is.) 

So I guess I'm going to use this blog as a place to post my designs as I make them. If anyone else has a shop let me know, I'd love to follow!
