Everyday I'm picking up signals from everything around me and my mood is dependent on how I handle them. So overthinking is a constant. Sometimes those signals are right, sometimes not. Nothing really goes unnoticed and I pick up on patterns easily.

I've dealt with insensitive types where it's tempting to rip their face off, but there's ways to handle them gracefully and still come out strong.
And even learn something from them.



That's why grounded environments (and people) are vital to keep the ship afloat. Those who help with that get a friend for life.
