AEW All Out 2020 Predictions

The Baker/Swole feud has been going on a good couple of weeks now, and really hit its stride once Baker was injured. Now we get to see the climax of it all. Baker is back and looking to re-establish herself. Swole is looking to finally put the good Dentist in her place. I think this will be a swell fight, but Baker is going to take the win and jump back up to her No. 1 contender spot that she had prior to injury. Don’t think that she’s forgotten that grudge against Shida.

This was the hardest matchup to pick of all. MJF is the ultimate heel. I can’t think of someone that I have despised this much in a long time (aside from FTR.) Still they don’t bring the same satisfaction. I always yearn to see MJF get the shit knocked out of him, then it doesn’t happen and really that’s ok too because he plays it so well. Mox is, well he is Mox. A straight up pure badass that can open up a can of whoop ass on literally anyone (as we have seen multiple times.) I think it’s gonna come down to the grittiest win of his run so far, and he’s going to have to somehow get past not only MJF but Wardlow as well and do so without the Paradigm Shift. I think he does it, just barely. Then once the match is over and the belt retained. Then he’ll hit MJF with a shift. Mox retains the AEW championship.

What a joy this has been to watch over the last however many weeks. Jericho’s last minute win over Cassidy was a classic, then Cassidy upped the ante and took down Le Champion. Now we are at round three with a fun as hell gimmick match custom made for these two. Cassidy continues to be a crowd favorite and will be entertaining to watch, but in the end he’ll fall short...and into a lot of mimosa. Jericho takes the win.

Omega & Page vs. FTR
- FUCK THE REVOLUTION! Now that we have that out of the way, let me say this. FUCK THE REVOLUTION ONCE MORE FOR GOOD MEASURE! Anyway, there’s been some mad drama and story brewing here. I never thought I’d see Hangman this broken, this out of it, but he is. I never thought that Omega would be the one second guessing his partner, but he is. There’s only one way this ends, and that’s with FTR taking the belts, but who gives a fuck about that. Omega and Page are done, they are both gonna go back to singles after this, and the next step in this tag teams development will be having to work back towards an Elite Roster. Also Omega is moving towards taking on either Brody or Mox. Oh, and third time is the charm so FUCK THE REVOLUTION!

OH MAN IS THIS GONNA BE A HELL OF A MATCH. Easily one of the top two matches of the night this has been a long time coming. Champion vs. Champion. All star wrestler vs. All star wrestler. I can’t think of a more even matchup. Thunder Rosa is as dangerous as they come, and Shida hasn’t had to go all out in a long time. I think this might be the best non-AEW Championship match of the night. Still, Shida retains the title after a hell of a go.

Dark Order dominated Cody the other night. Then they dominated the natural nightmares. That’s not going to stop here. This feud, especially the feud between Brody and Cody is just starting. As such I think Dark Order will take this win, and start pushing their way around AEW again. A great stable full of potential, it’ll be a bit before the Rhodes Family is able to knock Dark Order off of their throne.

Young Bucks vs FTR is a matchup that is on the horizon. People have waited on it for so very long. Still, they are going to have to wait a bit longer. With COVID-19 running it’s course and the lack of fans in the stands the next push is gonna come from Jurassic Express. They are going to push hard and push fast for the AEW Tag Team titles from FTR. Jurassic Express takes the match and become the No. 1 contenders.

This has been a fun feud since it’s beginning and has saw the pendulum swing back and forth as each member took down the other. Who didn’t love Matt running Sammy down in the ATV? On the other hand, who would have guessed that Sammy would beat Matt in a tables match? Either way, Matt Hardy’s AEW is too fresh and fun to end this early. Matt Hardy takes a fun win.

TL;DR: It’s a battle royale. There’s gonna be a lot of insane shit going on. A lot of stuff that doesn’t make sense is gonna happen and a lot of stuff that should make sense won’t. The only thing I am sure of is that Lance Archer is going to absolutely destroy in this match. There is not a single doubt in my mind that Archer walks out as the winner with a shot at the championship.
